Christine Lim is your 2018-2019 State President and a senior at Cambridge High School. She has been a member of SkillsUSA for three years. Lim has been an active participant in the Criminal Justice Competitions and she hopes to pursue a career in Law Enforcement.

Quenterlel Durden is a senior at Apalachee High School and is serving as your 2018-2019 State Vice President. He has enjoyed being a part of SkillsUSA for over two years. Durdenhopes to peruse a career in the music industry as a music entertainer.

Mary Moore is a senior at East Laurens High School and also attends Georgia Military College. She has been a member of SkillsUSA for four years and is currently serving as your State Secretary. Moore has placed 2nd at the State Leadership and Skills Conference for two consecutive years in Opening and Closing Ceremonies. She plans on attending Emory University to become a neonatologist. Moore believes that if you are dedicated and determined you can achieve all that you put your mind to!
North Cobb High School
Program of Study: Career Pathways

Emily LaPierre is a senior at North Cobb High School and has been a member of SkillsUSA for four years. She is currently serving as your State Reporter. LaPierre placed third nationally in the Arts, AudioVisual Technology and Communications branch of Career Pathway Showcase, and is also in the AudioVisual Technology pathway. She plans to major in Business or Theater Education after graduation and is currently serving as a senior producer on her school’s news program.
West Laurens High School
Program of Study: Construction

Brock Wynne is currently serving as your SkillsUSA 2018-2019 State Parliamentarian and has been a member of SkillsUSA for four years. He attends West Laurens High School and enjoys studying construction. Wynne has competed at the state level three times and achieved a bronze medal. After High School he plans to enter the workforce and one day own his own construction company.
Troup High School
Program of Study: Chemical Engineering

Devon Cushing is a junior at Troup High School and is serving as your SkillsUSA Georgia’s State Treasurer. Cushing has been a member of SkillsUSA for three years and has placed second in regionals two years in a row. After high school he plans to attend Georgia Tech and major in Chemical Engineering. He states that being a member has helped him make friends and has allowed him to grow outside of his comfort zone.
